Reportable Misconduct
Reporting unethical conduct or
corruption involving employees
for ethical management
- Fraud / Misconduct
Examples include embezzlement or misappropriation of company funds, manipulation of performance results, false reporting, leakage of trade secrets or confidential information, obtaining improper benefits by abusing oneโs position or duties, and abuse of authority.
- Business Partners
Unfair practices such as accepting money, gifts, entertainment, or hospitality, providing preferential treatment, misconduct in supplier selection, lack of transparency, and human rights violations.
- Conflict of Interest
Transactions with related parties, lending or borrowing money among employees, stock trading using insider information, secondary employment or side jobs, equity investments, and similar activities.
- Violation of Laws and Regulations
Non-compliance with environmental, safety, or quality laws and regulations, leakage of customer information, improper solicitation, and similar violations.

Any other conduct that violates ethical management principles.
