Ethical management at KD Navien is primarily aimed at fostering the ethical awareness of each individual member and maintaining trust with customers by presenting the basic principles of rational and integrity-based management, along with the duties that all members are expected to uphold.

To this end, the Company enacted and proclaimed its Code of Ethics as early as 2004. Through the Code of Ethics, we present the standards of value judgment and the code of conduct that KD Navien members must uphold toward customers, society, business partners, the Company and its employees, and shareholders, all of whom are key participants in economic activities. In addition, by clearly defining specific procedures and standards related to the practice of workplace ethics in the Guidelines for the Practice of the Code of Ethics, we seek to enhance employeesโ€™ ethical awareness and ensure that it contributes meaningfully to the development of the Company.

In our relationships with business partners as well, all employees of the Company, grounded in ethical awareness, will refrain from any unfair conduct or improper influence arising from the abuse of a superior position, reject all acts that violate the Code of Ethics, and strive for fair transactions in accordance with the principle of mutual growth and shared prosperity.

To build trust both inside and outside the Company through fair and transparent management activities, the Company permanently operates an internal audit team. We have also established a Cyber Whistleblower Hotline on our website to receive reports on unfair work practices, improper demands, and corruption by employees that violate the Code of Ethics, and we continue our self-corrective efforts without fail. If you submit a report through the Cyber Whistleblower Hotline on our website, we will take prompt corrective action.
