Anti-Corruption Policy


KD Navien is committed to pursuing rational and transparent management by including anti-corruption-related provisions in its Code of Ethics and Guidelines for the Code of Ethics in Practice, with the aim of enhancing trust with diverse stakeholders, strengthening partnerships, and fostering anti-corruption awareness among employees and business partners.
Articles 5 through 7 of the Guidelines for the Code of Ethics in Practice present ethical and moral standards to prevent risks arising from corruption and bribery and to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws. All employees are obligated to comply with applicable regulations and laws in the course of performing their duties. In the case of overseas subsidiaries, KD Navien provides guidance to ensure fair and transparent operations by prioritizing compliance with local anti-corruption laws.
