[Jan. 21, 2026] KD Navien is expanding its offline living & environment solutions platform by newly opening three “Navien House” experience stores in Seoul and Gwangju. In celebration, special live broadcasts will take place at 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. on the 22nd, offering a range of giveaways and promotional discounts. The live broadcast will be available on KD Navien’s official online platform, “Navien House.”

“Navien House” offers a hands-on experience of KD Navien’s boilers, dehumidifying ventilation air purifiers, kitchen appliances, and Navien mats, as well as KD One’s wall pads, smart home systems, door locks, and fireproof doors. In a space similar to an actual living environment, customers can observe the installation, operation, and performance of the products firsthand. In particular, it offers “one-stop consulting,” including customized product recommendations, installation, maintenance, and subscription consultations through professional consultants.

KD Navien launched “Navien House” to enhance customer engagement and communicate the value of an “optimized living & environment” created through integrated product systems. Beginning with Namyangju and Uijeongbu in December 2023, KD Navien has grown its network to seven stores across Jeju, Jinju, Seoul, and Gwangju, with further expansion planned.

Each of the three new stores features enhanced, unique experiences designed to incorporate regional customer characteristics. First, “Navien House Dongdaemun branch” in Seoul offers excellent accessibility for customers in the metropolitan area and effectively bridges online information with offline experiences. The experience and consultation process is efficiently designed to suit the region’s high inflow of customers through social media and search platforms.

“Navien House Bukgwangju branch,” located in a residential complex in Buk-gu, Gwangju, is a store that emphasizes hands-on experience with Navien Magic kitchen appliances. It showcases a broad selection of kitchen appliances such as induction cooktops and hoods for comparison, and its proximity to interior design companies allows for convenient combined visits. The “Navien House Gwangju System branch” in Seo-gu, Gwangju, is dedicated to smart home system experiences. It offers integrated solution experiences linking smart home products like wall pads, door locks, and fireproof doors with boilers and dehumidifying ventilation air purifiers.

KD Navien will host the “Navien Live” broadcast on the 22nd (Thu), starting at 11 a.m. from the Bukgwangju branch and at 8 p.m. from the Gwangju System branch to celebrate the opening of the new stores. Customers who apply for consultation during the broadcast will receive up to a KRW 50,000 Shinsegae gift certificate, and those who make a reservation, visit, and purchase products by the end of February will receive a “Navien Magic Multi-Lightwave Oven” as an additional gift. Furthermore, those who buy two or more products, including the Dehumidifying Ventilation Air Purifier, Navien Condensing ON AI Boiler, and 3D Air Hood, will be offered Shinsegae gift certificates of up to KRW 500,000. An event is also underway where customers who capture the event page and upload it to social media will receive a gift coupon.
