[November 19, 2025] KD Navien was selected as a winner of the Companies Practicing Fair Trade with Agencies 2025 organized by the Fair Trade Commission. The award was in the category of “online and offline win-win cooperation.” Having won the award for the first time in the industry last year, the company was again nominated for the award in the same category. Promoting shared growth with its agencies under the “Online Partner” system and by providing various training support, KD Navien plans to expand sustainable win-win cooperation with the agencies.
“Companies Practicing Fair Trade with Agencies” is an award system introduced by the Fair Trade Commission in 2021 with the goal of spreading a culture that promotes win-win cooperation with agencies. Among businesses using a standard agency contract that have not violated the Fair Agency Transactions Act in the past year as of the date of application, those that meet the prescribed criteria, such as ▲setting the contract period or the period to guarantee the right to request contract renewal at five years or more, ▲supporting the cost of interior remodeling or renewal by 70% or more, ▲operating a financial and funding support system, such as interest rate and rent support, ▲demonstrating exemplary use of the online and offline win-win cooperation model, and ▲receiving the highest or good rating in the agreement performance evaluation related to agencies, are reviewed for selection as award winners.
KD Navien was selected as a “Company Practicing Fair Trade with Agencies” for its effort in online training, as well as the “Online Partner” system, which was recognized for promoting sustainable shared growth. The “Online Partner” system transfers product inquiries received by KD Navien’s call center and its online platform, Navien House, to the agencies in the respective regions, which then proceed with consultation, selling, and installation services. Currently, about 280 agencies participate in the Online Partner system, more than 10,000 installations have been completed under the system.
Regular training and feedback services are also provided to improve the competency of the agencies. In addition to assessing customer satisfaction following a product installation, agencies are provided with feedback to help improve their customer response capabilities. Moreover, KD Navien bolsters the online market competitiveness of its agencies through video training conducted once a year. Meanwhile, consumers show a high level of satisfaction, as they can benefit from swift consultation and stable installation services offered by KD Navien’s agencies.
KD Navien also provides the “Next Leader Business Practice Training” four times a year for the next-generation family members of agency owners who wish to operate agencies in the future. Through this program, KD Navien offers lectures on AI skills, social media operation strategies, sales strategies, etc. that are required for agency owners, as well as its vision and direction for business expansion. At the same time, KD Navien practices win-win cooperation in various directions, including providing in-kind support to agencies suffering from flood damages and donating relief supplies to disaster sites together with the agencies.
At the “Companies Practicing Fair Trade with Agencies 2025 Selection Ceremony” held on the 18th at the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Kim Yong-bum, Chief Sales and Marketing Executive at KD Navien, said, “We are committed to fulfilling our corporate vision to ‘Optimize Living & Environment’ by implementing various projects, including a boiler subscription service, with the highest priority placed on shared growth with our agencies.” He added, “Moving forward, we will achieve sustainable ‘shared growth’ with our agencies and greater consumer ‘satisfaction’ by continuing practical efforts across multiple areas.”
